The People & Culture Office Administrator will play a central role in elevating the company workplace experience This involves supporting the administration and reporting of HR programs and overseeing coordination of People & Culture Events, including monthly lunches, milestone celebrations, and breakthrough workshops. As the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, you will welcome visitors, direct enquiries and co-ordinate repairs and maintenance. Additionally, you will manage kitchen and office supplies, book travel and accommodation for Senior Management, arrange sales brochures and oversee office housekeeping.
