Our client is currently seeking expressions of interest from results-driven relationship managers.

Strengthen existing customer relationships, whilst identifying opportunities for growth in this opportunity in Brisbane for a Relationship Manager. Play a key role in business development identifying opportunities for growth whilst strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Manage a diverse Commercial customer portfolio and lead business growth strategy
- Grow your networks and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Ideal role for an experienced Relationship Manager with commercial lending experience

YOU | As a Relationship Manager, you will develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility within the Commercial Banking industry and be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing Australian businesses. Ideally you will also possess:

- Experience in a similar Business Banking or Relationship Management role
- Ability to build rapport with an understanding of Business Development strategies
- Understanding of business needs and attitudes of Commercial and Medium Business Banking customers
- Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders

THE ROLE | In this role you will handle a key portfolio of medium to large Commercial Banking clients and work closely with a variety of stakeholders both within and outside of the business to deliver superior customer experiences and outcomes. Your large portfolio will consist of complex clients and your team will provide you with strong analytical support. You will be an experienced Banker with an end-to-end relationship style skill set and an ambitious nature.
