**WHO ARE WE?**
Highland Group is a highly respected and innovative real estate agency. Established since 2007 with just 6 team members, we now have over 150 staff and four thriving offices, three in the shire and one in Double Bay.
This is an **exciting opportunity** for a fresh face to join our team by doing **casual Saturday coverage** of our front desk. This role is **based at our Double Bay office** which is open on **Saturday’s from 9am-4:30pm**. Learn valuable administration skills and hone your customer service communication whilst getting **exposure** to the fast paced world of Eastern Suburbs real estate.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Answer telephone calls and if available, forward to the correct person in a professional manner at all times.
- Take messages in a timely and efficient manner
- Greet walk-in clients and direct their inquiry correctly
- Ensure high standards of customer service both face to face and on the phone
- Deal with all enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Organise the reception and printing areas
- Make gift and settlement boxes ready to be sent out by agents
- Banking and mail
- Light kitchen cleaning duties, this area must be kept neat and tidy at all times (including, loading/unloading dishwasher, garbage if required)
- Communicate all necessary issues with Office Manager/HR
**In order to be successful, you must have the following qualities**:
- Professional and upbeat telephone manner and face to face presence
- Previous receptionist or retail/hospitality customer service experience is highly desired
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- A willingness to help others
- Must be available to work as many Saturdays as possible throughout the year
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role
- Corporate attire must be worn for this role
