**The Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a recent graduate or individual with a few years’ experience to join our Client Support Team where you will learn the TMS Global platform and support and interact with our diverse community of Accredited Practitioners.

TMS will invest in training and mentoring to help you develop your skillset. You will receive training and become accredited in all four TMS psychometric profiling tools, become familiar with the TMS Facilitator Resources and have the opportunity to deliver a Team Management Profile debrief.

- In this role you will: _
- support our community of Accredited Practitioners to access and administer the suite of TMS Profiling tools
- effectively troubleshoot end user issues
- proactively drive client centric solutions with a high degree of professionalism
- work closely with your team to continually improve the quality of our service and platform
- perform general office and administrative duties
- support the User Acceptance Testing process as our product platform evolves
- engage in various continual improvement projects

- Additional skills we are looking for: _
- A recent graduate of Behavioral Science, Psychology or L&D
- excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to quickly build rapport and actively listen
- experience in a corporate workplace
- a work preference for accuracy and attention to detail
- proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365
- an attitude of continual learning and a willingness to learn new technical skills
- Helpful, but not essential_
- experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- a genuine interest in the intersection of business and psychometrics

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
