**About the role**
***
**Brickworks Building Products is seeking an Online Sales Representative to join our team in Horsley Park, NSW. Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, you will be responsible for managing all digital leads across multiple online sales channels including website contact forms, live chat, social platforms and ecommerce website.**
***
**The role entails consistently tracking and reporting lead conversions, revenue generation, and assessing the effectiveness of each sales channel. Additionally, it involves providing support to all brands within the Brickworks group and collaborating closely with the marketing team on digital advertising strategies.**

**Duties include but are not limited to**
***
- Review and respond to customer lead inquiries from multiple lead channels daily and within Brickworks lead expectation guidelines.
- Manage lead opportunities via Salesforce for visibility and reporting.
- Report weekly and monthly on key lead metrics**:

- **Leads by channel.
- **-** Leads by brand.
- **-** Hot versus cold leads.
- **-** **Converted leads.
- **-** Lost leads.

- **Revenue generated by division.- Review and manage lead workflow and make recommended changes as appropriate.
- Work closely with divisional sales teams to obtain unknown information to fulfill lead inquiries.
- Manage live chat inquiries in real-time.
- Work with the marketing team to recommend advertising changes as appropriate to improve lead opportunities.

**Success Requirements**

- Proven experience in online sales, lead generation, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
