**About the role**:
You will be leading way for this company in the Australian market You'll be the face of the company in all things from customer service and operations, to production, installation, and business development with new / existing suppliers and reps nationally This role is an incredible opportunity to break free from the mundane of typical retail, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same Your leadership will be vital to building the team and driving the success of the store, and of the brand

**To be successfull, you will**:

- Love being a brand ambassador and have a passion for all things Bikes and Mountain Biking
- Have experience with the recruitment, on-boarding and training of new team members.
- Inspire your team to achieve store and individual targets, goals and KPI's
- Have proven success in managing a winning team, business financials and growing revenue.
- Bring operational strength in managing and scheduling client appointments.
- Have experience creating rosters, and managing timesheets.
- Love visual merchandising and upholding store standards.
- Be a self starter, and have the ability to hit the ground running in this new store
- Pride yourself on having a high degree of organisation, attention to detail, and level of professionalism.
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills.

**Ideally, you will also have**:

- Proficiency with G Suite.
- C-Class driver's license.
