About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Brand Collective's new Footwear store in Myer Melbourne. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales and KPI targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Concession team and drive sales and KPI targets
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising and product displays
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve business goals and exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a safe and secure store environment, with a focus on loss prevention management
  • Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales driving, VM, and marketing opportunities
Requirements
  • Assistant store management or retail sales supervisory experience
  • Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for customers
  • Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs
  • Experience with stock control and VM, with comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
