About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Concession Store Manager to lead our team at the new Brand Collective Footwear Myer Melbourne store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Concession team and develop a customer-focused culture
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain operational excellence in product handling, visual merchandising, and loss prevention management
  • Actively promote a safe and healthy work environment
  • Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales driving, VM, and marketing opportunities
Requirements
  • Assistant store management or retail sales supervisory experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for customers
  • Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs
  • Experience with stock control and VM (comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
