Become an integral part of Kimberly-Clark's innovative journey, where you will leverage your expertise in packaging development to drive growth and impact. With a proven track record of success (~5 years) in leading cross-functional teams and managing packaging development for projects, you will be responsible for spearheading innovation and renovation initiatives that align with our sustainability strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing the packaging component of marketing innovation and renovation projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Developing, maintaining, and reviewing technical specifications, including sustainability data, to ensure alignment with Australia's packaging targets (APCO) and ARL.
  • Implementing packaging solutions that deliver functional and safe packaging while meeting commercial viability and agreed timelines.
  • Working closely with the Packaging team to develop center-of-expertise knowledge on packaging materials, artwork, pallet design, emerging technologies, and cost-saving ideation.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits, including:

About You

You possess a unique blend of skills and qualifications, including:

  • Experience in sustainable packaging technologies, understanding of Australia's packaging targets, and knowledge of print technology and artwork approval.
  • Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe, SAP, pallet design software, and PREP systems.
  • Able to liaise with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally and articulate business priorities, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
