**About us**
Westcoat is a Perth-based, family-owned roofing business specialising in residential properties. As a family-owned company deeply committed to our core values, we ensure that both our staff and customers are treated with the utmost respect and enjoy an exceptional experience. We are looking for a new receptionist/administrator to join our small office team and become our customer service champion.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Schedule and confirm bookings with customers and installers
- Collaborate with colleagues on special projects and initiatives, leveraging your administrative expertise to drive success
- Assist with ordering materials as required
- To assist in the resolution of customer queries
- Manage the stock lifecycle process including reviewing stock levels, the ordering of stock and ensuring sufficient stock level availability
- Assist with all administration tasks and to provide an administration service to the business
**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum 12 months office experience
- Strong customer service and administration skills as well as experience of liaising with external customers
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with Servicem8 would be and advantage
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
