I am recruiting for a permanent receptionist/administration assistant position for a well-established Finance/Marketing organisation based in the Eastern Suburbs.
**Your new role**
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required (typing, filing, data entry).
- Ensure the smooth running of the reception area and the office
- Meet and Greet all people that come into the office
- Offer guests tea/coffee/drinks and tidy up after each meeting.
- Handle incoming calls and putting calls through/ taking messages
- Mail distribution
- Booking couriers/taxi's etc when required
- Ensure reception, boardroom, kitchens are always clean and tidy
- Co-ordinate purchasing of stationery and kitchen supplies
- Assisting our small accounts team with making payments and credit card reconciliation
**What you'll need to succeed**

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in computers and technology
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Have to ability to keep track of your daily tasks
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
Hours:
9.00am-5.30pm
