**About the role**:
**What you’ll be working on**:

- You’ll be a key part of the team driving a market leading, self-service experience for customers.
- Creation of marketing communications across a variety of mediums including EDMs, SMS, social posts & website copy
- Focussing on content for lead nurturing, customer activation and ongoing platform usage, with a particular emphasis on content that will be used in automations.
- Asset creation, created in house, working with designers or other vendors as required

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong copywriting skills
- Active problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Experience in Payments, B2B or the Rewards/Loyalty space highly regarded
- CRM and CMS experience
