- Provide the first point of contact for services and technologies that support records and information management and augment the IT Support Services capability for Agency clients.We support reasonable adjustment requests in any stage of the assessment process to remove barriers and facilitate full participation in all aspects of employment for applicants. **Hours per fortnight**:
Up to 73.5 hours - flexible options available.

**Duties**:

- Provide high level support and guidance to clients in the delivery of Information Management Services and IT Support Services in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Undertake tasks associated with the Information Management system including system administration, support, solution provision and assistance.
- Involvement in ITS projects and initiatives to continually improve Information Management Services and Information Governance across the Agency.
- In conjunction with other members of the Information & Technology Services (ITS), contribute to documenting appropriate strategies, practices and procedures and other relevant support material for ITS.
- Contribute to the skills and development of client knowledge and expertise, through advice, support and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with the skills, competence and training of the occupant.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification level.

**Desirable Requirements**:
Information Management and IT Support related qualifications including employment history, industry certificates or progress towards qualifications gained through satisfactory completion of an appropriate course of study at a certificate IV level or above.
