Our Team
You’ll join the Group Property team and be responsible for looking after the administrative function of our Franklin Street, Adelaide and Modbury offices on a 12 Month fixed-term, full time basis.
About the Role
This is a key role as ‘the face’ of Datacom’s Adelaide office at Franklin Street and is responsible for people management of the front office team at Modbury. You will be responsible for managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors and guests as well as ensuring the office functions run effectively and efficiently.
You will work across both offices each week to support Franklin Street, Adelaide for 3 days and Modbury 2 days.
What you’ll do
- Lead the Business Administration team in Modbury by managing the team's performance and workload, run team meetings and lead team building activities
- Front Office Administration: Answer incoming calls, visitor sign in and mail handling.
- Office coordination: Office and kitchen stock management, catering orders, reporting maintenance issues.
- Contractor relationships: Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers, monitor their performance and give suggestion for improvement.
- Accounts payable and procurement: Raise PO, track receipts and ensure timely processing of their invoices.
- Provide support for internal meeting room tech including teleconferences, videoconferences and Surface Hubs, printers, and visitor management system.
- WHS coordination: Maintain warden and first aider records and arrange training as required. Ensure first aid kits are stocked and in date.
- Security coordination: Management of Franklin St office access cards and relevant systems, inclusive of commissioning and decommissioning users, pulling reports as required for audits.
- Adhere to Environmental Management & Security Management guidelines and support in external and internal audits.
What you’ll bring
- 3 years’ + previous experience in an office coordination or front office administration based role
