**Facilities Contracts Manager**

Fantastic opportunity to utilise your Facilities Management Procurement and Contracts Management experience with a Tier 1 Corporate Real Estate service provider. You will lead their formal contract team, ensuring Hard & Soft Facilities Management contractors are delivering to KPI's & SLA's. Partnering the contractors to improve service and engagement for this National Account.

**FM Services include**:
Mechanical, Electrical & Fire as wellas Cleaning and other services.

Managing the Day to Day Contract Management for larger contracts, you will mentor your subordinates with smaller contracts. Some procurement will be undertaken as and when required.

**Our client is looking for someone with demonstrated experience in**
- FM Hard Services Procurement
- Managing contractors & delivering contract improvements
- IT capability and clear communications
