Job Description:

DAG Global Consulting is seeking a Workforce Optimization Specialist to join our consulting organisation in Australia. In this role, you will specialise in the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions for clients across various industries.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and configure Workforce Software solutions to improve workforce productivity and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies to meet client needs.
  3. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  4. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HR and Payroll systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software (WFS) implementation and consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management processes.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
