**About the role**

We are seeking a Customer Service - Advice and Specification Assistant to join our Advice and Specification Team to commence with us on a permanent part-time basis. This administrative role will be reporting to the Advice and Specification Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to deliver outstanding service for specifiers and our customers which will result in continuous and increased business growth within our Powder Coatings business unit, by co-ordinating and being responsible for the supply and control of marketing colour materials, brochures and sample panels to Architects, Specifiers, Builders, Powder Coaters, and Consumers.

You will be based at our office in Dandenong South to perform the role, Monday to Thursday, 10:00am - 2:00pm; Friday 10:00am - 1:00pm. However the role could lead to extended hours over time.

**Responsibilities**
- Experience in a sales role in a similar industry would be beneficial
- Ability to develop and continuously improve processes and systems.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong phone contact, handling skills, and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Live Chat would be beneficial
