**The opportunity**:
The Advocacy Insights and Consumer Voice Lead is a fantastic opportunity to support Uniting’s consumer-led advocacy.

You will develop and use internal data insights to inform advocacy, ensuring that consumers have input into the identification of advocacy issues, the direction of Uniting’s advocacy and are given opportunities to share their lived experience through Uniting’s advocacy work. You will also get an opportunity to be involved in advocacy campaigns that make a difference in lives of consumers and communities Uniting works with.

**What’s on offer**:

You will work with an organisation that delivers services to Australia’s most vulnerable. At Uniting, we use our connections, our size, our scale, and our knowledge to advocate and push into places where we feel like we should be doing more.

In addition to salary and superannuation, you’ll also receive **17.5% leave loading** and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to **$15,900 in salary packaging benefits**.

There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our **purchase leave program** and receive **10% discount** on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using an Uniting Early Learning service or centre.

**About you**:
You will bring experience in the design and implementation of social change campaigns and/or public policy. Demonstrated consumer consultation and engagement experience will be considered favourably. A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in public policy, advocacy or social work is a must.
