We currently have a vacancy for a **Project Co-ordinator **to join our team The role is a full time position based in our Brisbane Station, QLD.

**_ Overall Role Purpose_**

As a **Project Co-ordinator **in our team, you will be responsible for:

- Work with Project Manager to co-ordinate project shipments on a day-to-day basis to deliver customised solution, improvements in service and cost performance.
- Ensure the operations are completed on time, at the right costs to specified quality criteria and to customer satisfaction and expectations.

**To be successful in the role, your skills and experience will include**:

- Essential_:

- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years previous experience in a similar position
- Previous Freight Forwarding industry exposure and experience
- Previous demonstrated Project Management skills and experience
- Excellent Communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Strong Interpersonal and rapport building skills - partnering with the wider DHL business
- Business understanding; strategy, processes, knowledge
