**About the Golden Cockerel**

Golden Cockerel is a dynamic and growing family business operating in the multinational poultry processing industry and committed to excellence. The Group is fully integrated comprising feed mills, hatcheries, parent farms, broiler farms, processing plant and distribution. They employ over 700 team members and another 250-300 labour hire team members. They operate Monday - Friday with three shifts. As a forward-thinking organisation, they prioritise the development and growth of their workforce to maintain a competitive edge and to increase employee engagement.

**About the Role**

They are now seeking a talented individual to join the team in this newly created position. You will play a key role in shaping the learning governance and development strategies that drive the business forward. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Manager, you will be at the forefront of companywide talent development efforts. You will manage and lead the development and implementation of learning strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Your responsibilities will include.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to meet the learning needs of a diverse workforce.
- Overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Creating and managing the learning matrix.
- Ensuring compliance and strengthening learning systems and governance.
- Source and tender for funding grants.
- Liaise with external institutions and providers.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
