**Position Title**:Learning & Development Manager
**Employment Type**:Ongoing full time or part-time position available
**Role description**
The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for progressing the strategic direction of education and training at Dhelkaya Health including oversight of the Graduate and Transition to practice program, staff education programs, undergraduate clinical placements for learning across Dhelkaya Health including medicine, nursing, midwifery and allied health, coordination of Department of Health scholarships including subregional grants.
In addition to this, the role will lead and co-ordinate the day to day operations associated with education and training activities across the organisation.
The Learning and Development Manager will play an integral role in the establishment of a fully funded collaborative onsite learning centre with Bendigo Kangan Tafe.
**About you**
- Current registration as a health professional in a relevant clinical discipline
- Post Graduate qualifications in education or other relevant speciality
- Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams
- Education delivery experience.
