Job Summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mount Martha – Bentons Road. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the educational programs for children, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the development of educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve educational programs
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
  • Model and promote a culture of safety and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check
