As the Assistant Director, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.
About Goodstart Secret Harbour
Goodstart Secret Harbour is conveniently located on Bluestone Parkway, close to a local school and just five minutes drive from the Kwinana Freeway. Our centre caters for children aged from six weeks to five years. Children and families at our centre come from a diverse range of nationalities. We maintain strong relationships with local schools, businesses, public services and assist families at our centre to make connections with these services and with one another.
In this role, you will
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
