**An overview about you**:
Your ability to lead a team, develop individuals, celebrate unique strengths will be welcomed as you’ll have Clinic Managers, Radiographers, Sonographers, and support staff reporting to you.

Your strong stakeholder management will be fully utilised as you look to strengthen relationships with Radiologists, Business Unit Managers, Patients, Hospital Executive Management, Referring Doctors to name a few.

This is a busy role and one that the business leans on heavily. You will have the ability to influence leadership, and fulfil your potential in management, business, and finance programs. This is a role where you can really make a difference to everyone that works in your region.

**Job Essentials**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in healthcare with a strong commercial background
- The ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in project planning and management

**Role requirements**:

- Participate in an effective, high performing business unit leadership and management team that formulates the strategic direction of the business unit overall, translates strategy into plans and action at a regional and individual site level, and monitors performance to achieve defined objectives and targets
- _Support and promote growth initiatives across the business and ensure marketing plans are developed and implemented to drive revenue and profitability improvements, increase procedure numbers and improve site/s referrer satisfaction profiles. Manage, support, and promote the implementation of financial and commercial policies and in particular, drive and embed a commitment to diligently manage and control costs to achieve or exceed budget targets_
- _Ensure financial integrity_
- Deliver budgets and forecasts per group timelines
- Drive the proactive management of operational and site management processes, systems, and standards within all sites and across the region to achieve quality, cost, and productivity targets
- Implement and manage quality, risk and service management and continuous improvement processes within the region and individual sites
- Ensure staff understand how they contribute to the performance of the business, provide them with direction, support, and recognition, and promote collaboration, cooperation and teamwork through effective leadership and management strategies
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the development of others and implementation of effective performance management systems across the site/s
- Employment with Healthcare Imaging Services is conditional on attainment of a Working with Children Clearance._
