**About the role**

This Clinical Operations Manager is a member of the Acute and Urgent Care (AUC) Leadership Team (SLT) and has the primary responsibility for coordination and management of operational activities.

The role supports leading achievement of relevant key performance indicators and strategic and operational deliverables for AUC across all CALHN sites. This includes support, advice and assistance in relation to business functions including operational service delivery, workforce, facilities and equipment/assets, risk management, Work Health and Safety and quality.

The role will support implementation of strategies and change management required in AUC across the CALHN to drive service delivery improvements.

**Qualifications**

Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
