As our Human Resources Administrator for Australia and New Zealand you will be the key administration connection between the Human Resource, Recruitment and Payroll functions in relation to contract development and variations, onboarding and offboarding processes.
You will join our small but growing team of HR, WHS, Training and Payroll Professionals and have exposure and opportunity participate in payroll functions, key people initiatives and business improvement activities.
**What does this role look like to you?**
- Responsibility for co-ordination of the new starter / onboarding process including the preparation of letters of offer and contracts, undertaking pre-employment checks
- Updating of human resource and payroll procedures, standard templates, spreadsheets, and checklists
- Manage HR intranet content to ensure up to date information is available for all employees
- Provide administrative support as required to Payroll, Safety and Training processes
- human resource administration tasks including payroll data input, document production, staff announcements and file maintenance.

- Exposure to Human Resource and payroll processes
- Experience in coordination / administrative role
- Experience in establishing and maintaining office systems and procedures with attention to detail.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service in confidential and sensitive situations.
