The Role
An exciting opportunity to join a team of lawyers, conveyancers and paralegals who manage the resident contracts for our national retirement living business. You will get the opportunity to work closely with contracts, residents and a wide range of stakeholders in our business to facilitate the important process of residents entering and exiting our villages. Your empathy and ability to build good relationships will help to make this an outstanding experience for our residents.
What you will do
- Manage the legal and financial paperwork components for residents entering and leaving our Retirement Living villages.
- Prepare and facilitate the exchange of incoming residents contracts
- Review contracts, policies, relevant legislation and legal advice to prepare refund estimate and actual calculations.
- Formal and informal communications with customers and their families about the process and what it entails and be a supportive key piece in the customer journey.
- Facilitate settlements, payouts, lodgings
- Monitor the timeliness payments
