Our client takes pride in providing top-notch financial services to our valued clients. As a market leader in the industry, they are committed to excellence and innovation, and we are looking for a driven and experienced Dispute Resolution Manager to join the team.

As the Dispute Resolution Lead, you will play a crucial role in identifying trends, managing, monitoring, and implementing resolutions for external member complaints. Your extensive knowledge of Superannuation, investments, and financial services laws, particularly RG 271, will be instrumental in successfully handling complex cases.

Responsibilities will include
- Investigations and complaint resolution
- Workflow monitoring
- Reporting and analysis
- Continuous improvement
- Training and Development
- Relationship management

Ideally you will bring the following experience / skills
- RG 146 Tier 1 accreditation
- A degree in Business or Law
- Proven experience in complaints handling within a similar environment
- Exceptional knowledge of Superannuation and working knowledge of investments and/or managed accounts
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a track record of effectively engaging with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in investigating and identifying gaps in information to reach informed decisions
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with a proven track record of process enhancement and pragmatic solutions implementation
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple activities and meet set timeframes
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess complex situations and draw meaningful insights
