**About the School**:
Laidley State High School is a mid-sized rural high school located in the growing Lockyer Valley. About the Role
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Demonstrate high level professionalism and customer service whilst communicating with internal and external stakeholders; providing information and advice in line with school policies and/or Principal directives; and demonstrating empathy, emotional understanding and support
- Proficient in word processing, data base and spread sheet documents
- Interpreting departmental and school policies, guidelines and ensuring legislative and procedural requirements are met
- Other duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the Principal, or nominated delegate.
**About You**:
- Experience working with OneSchool is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work independently and harmoniously within a team environment to achieve quality outcomes
- Efficient multi-tasker with effective time management skills
- Demonstrated high level of communication skills
- Ability to use your professional discretion in your role
**A mandatory requirement of this role is**:
- In accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 a person is prohibited from working in regulated child-related employment unless the person holds a current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
