We are seeking a passionate and driven People, Culture & Safety Administrator to join our team at a leading Natural Food company based in Richmond. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the GM - People, Safety, and Culture during a period of restructuring. Your responsibilities will include:

- Mange reporting and analysis for HRIS, WGEA, WHS, and Board reports.
- Implementing and supporting the HRIS management system and becoming a Super User (training provided).
- Managing safety administration tasks, including training coordination and compliance.
- Assisting with various P&C activities such as recruitment, performance reviews, training, policy updates, and compliance requirements.
- Participating in key projects to improve systems, processes, and culture.
- Collaborating closely with the HSE function to support initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of People, Safety & Performance systems.
- Experience in HR systems reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with HRIS management, preferably Cornerstone.
- Performance-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Self-motivated and proactive in suggesting continuous improvement ideas.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the PS&C team and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in corporate and compliance reporting.
