**Role**:
We are seeking a professionally qualified Careers and Pathways Practitioner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage a program across the college that ensures students have a career action plan.
- Provide careers and pathways counselling to students as required.
- Monitor and track students post exit as required by DET policy and provide support to students as needed.
- Coordinate the My Career Insights, Morrisby Program for Year 9 students.
- Implement the college Work Experience Program.
- Liaise with Sub Schools and Principal team to implement the college Course Counselling program.
- Work with the wellbeing team to provide additional support to students as required regarding careers and pathways.
- Ensure accurate and up to date records/databases are maintained for counselling and pathway planning.
- Develop and deliver careers and pathways related information for students, staff and families as required.
- Provide employment advice and resources for students relating to part-time work, resume building and volunteer work, and other opportunities as required.
- Foster relationships and understanding of school-industry links with local employers, community agencies and organisations, and others as required.
- Foster relationships with tertiary institutions regarding careers and pathways as required.
- Establish and maintain resources appropriate to careers and pathways.
- Seek and develop new and innovative opportunities to support student careers and pathway planning.
- Manage careers and pathways content for college website.
