**THE OPPORTUNITY**

DECJUBA have an exciting opportunity for an** **organised and driven individual to join our dynamic team as our new **Retail** **Loss Prevention Coordinator**.

The Retail Loss Prevention Coordinator will assist the Loss Prevention Manager in generating reports and support required to manage inventory effectively and efficiently and reduce loss throughout the business.

You will work collaboratively on inventory and loss prevention related matters with departments across the business. This position will provide support to the team to achieve excellence, ensuring DECJUBA risk policies and procedures are adhered to.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate stocktake scheduling with Regional Managers and external stocktaking company.
- Assist in facilitating stocktakes as required.
- Collate and review stocktake action plans, coordinate and plan interim stocktakes and manage all stock management plans.
- Manage and review stock and cash managements, identifying potential risks or opportunities.
- Investigate, report and review cash discrepancies as escalated by our Banking Team, including but not limited to liaising with banks and cash pick up services to establish where loss has occurred and why.
- Conduct regular reports around theft, discounts, refunds and cash discrepancies to identify and communicate opportunities to Regional Managers and our Finance Team.
- Coordinate training with new management and current team members on how to improve stock management.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in running stocktakes and implementing plans to reduce shrinkage is beneficial.
- Prior retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention strategies and procedures.
- Understanding of in-store auditing processes.
- Exceptional organisational, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent numeric, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
