**You will be responsible for**
- Work with Case Managers to provide support on identifying settlement opportunities within their portfolio of claims
- Making settlement offers, attending informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisation
- Attending conferences with counsel, expert witnesses and lawyers
- Work with our panel solicitors and Technical Specialists to discuss claims that have been referred to our panel
- Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders
- Support processes that deliver outcomes in line with our objective to operate with a focus on a customer centric approach

**About you**
- Extensive knowledge of CTP claims (essential criteria)
- Demonstrated results in a performance driven environment
- Analytical skills & attention to detail
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Time management skills and a proactive approach
