**What you will enjoy about this role**:

- Working with a highly regarded, Adelaide based broker, to support clients' claims
- Having contact with the internal brokers as well as direct clients to discuss claims
- Collating all the necessary information for the insurer to process and settle the claim
- Managing either domestic or commercial claims
- Highlight any improvement opportunities within the process
- Acting as the client advocate in the claims process
- Being part of a friendly and close working team

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in handling either domestic or commercial claims
- A positive approach to your work, as well as being a team player
- The ability to manage brokers and clients, understanding their pressures
- High attention to detail
