As a Commercial Property Claims Officer, you will be managing a portfolio of commercial property claims to finalisation to deliver a Best-in-Market claims experience to our customers.
You will be dedicated to helping our customers get back to focusing on their business after a loss, whilst providing outstanding customer service and claims management solutions.
This role requires availability to work an 8hr shift between AEST Monday to Friday.What you'll do
- Managing inbound and outbound calls from customers, suppliers and intermediaries relating to commercial claims
- Case managing a portfolio of claims post lodgement to finalisation with accountability for delivering exceptional customer service and managing claim cost
- Providing timely claim updates to customers, intermediaries and claims stakeholders
- Reviewing reports to identify next steps for the claim
- Communicating with various internal and external stakeholders
- Using product disclosure statements to determine claims acceptance
- Resolving internal and external issues and complaints
- Recording accurate claims information into claims management systems

- High resiliency and ability to adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn and switch between multiplatform claims systems
- Strong desire to continuously learn and progress your career forward
- Strong commitment and a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectation
- Proven experience of working well within a team
- Availability to commence a new role on Monday 15th July
