- Provide executive support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and administrative support to the Senior Manager in the Office of the CIO team.**The role**:
Provide executive support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and administrative support to the Senior Manager in the Office of the CIO team.

Provide business support and advice associated with the business and administrative functions of the CIO, covering a broad range of areas including finance, purchasing/procurement, Information Technology, human resources and recruitment, asset management, and project support that contribute to branch activities.

In the role of Executive Support Officer you will:

- Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) including coordinating travel, accommodation and meetings, electronic diary management, scheduling appointments, organising meeting requirements, collation of papers, and preparation and handling confidential, politically sensitive and complex documentation and enquiries.
- Provides business support and advice associated with the business and administrative functions of Health ICT, covering a broad range of areas including contract management, finance, purchasing/procurement, Information Technology, human resources and recruitment, asset management, work health and safety, meeting and project support that contribute to branch activities.
- Contribute to the efficient and effective workflow and sharing of information across the Agency, Office of the Secretary and the Minister’s Office. Support the OCIO team as the central Health ICT branch coordination point for incoming and outgoing high-level communications and documentation via electronic document tracking systems.
