**The opportunity**:

The role involves lead generation and driving activity to achieve results. You will actively seek new business whilst representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets.
**Attributes & Experience that we are seeking**:
- 1-2 years Sales Experience (in Sales role is preferred)
- Experience in a KPI driven environment
- MUST be hungry to earn $$$
- Have a passion for Technology
- Desire to progress and grow within the company/industry
- Want growth within the company and industry
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Experience in pro-active Lead Generation and outreach.
**Key responsibilities**:
Sales Consultants are the “Engine Room” of our business. They promoteand represent our Company, it's values and culture. They seek out new customers and demonstrate to them why **Technowand **is a good fit to take away the technical burden and spread SMILES.
**Key duties include**:
- Creating, following up, and converting new leads and referrals which also includes cold calling.
- Engaging with prospective leads to create appointments to engage them in a discovery call.
- Conduct sales presentation to help customer pick the right solutions from the couple of shared options.
- Working with your team to meet and exceed membership sales targets and other KPI's
