**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide key support to the Fulfilment Manager
- Liaise closely with warehouse partners to manage inventory and ensure deliveries are on time to customers
- Daily processing of customer orders
- Liaise with customer queries in relation to their deliveries and problem solve where needed
- Coordinate freight requirements and liaise with freight providers
- Monitor the progress of order deliveries and keep customers informed as to how their deliveries are going
- Generate logistics documentation
- Assist in raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices, dealing with credit requests, etc
- Ensure accurate product inventory stock levels on system algin with warehouse and everything reconciles
- Work closely with other team members and perform ad hoc duties to assist the team
- Ideally you will have 12 months experience in logistics/warehouse/supply chain or similar, however we are open to someone with general administration experience and the desire to gain experience in logistics
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer driven environment also beneficial - you have great Customer Service skills
- You know how important it is to look after the client and to deliver results
- Strong attention to detail critical in this role
- Intermediate skills in MSOffice
- Confident, personable, energetic and fun communication style
- You are motivated and driven to succeed
- Just as important as everything else - you are a team player and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
