**Your new company**

At Hays, we are working with a large organisation based in a southern suburb of Logan. They are known for their innovative work, high quality service and offer a fantastic office environment and workplace culture that they credit a lot of their success to. Due to a high increase in clients as of late, they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator for an immediate start.

**Your new role**
- Direct technical queries to our technical teams
- Participate in technical and product training
- Booking transport timeslots and maintenance of run sheets
- Managing the processing special made to order product requests
- Maintain open sales reports

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Friendly and personable nature
- Excellent customer service and willing to go above and beyond for clients
- Experience in a similar role
- Proven track record with high volume administration, ideally in a construction, manufacturing or building products background
- Solid communication skills, including excellent spelling and grammar
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- The initiative to plan and manage your day, prioritising work as required
- Professional presentation, a friendly smile and a can-do attitude

**What you'll get in return**

You'll be a part of a fantastic, innovative organisation that is growing from strength to strength. You will be working in an office that offers a great workplace culture and a team environment. The hours are flexible between 6am to 5pm Monday to Friday and this is a 3-month contract with the potential to be ongoing for the right person.
