**Duties**: Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Efficiently inputting customer purchase orders into their system.
- Professionally and confidently responding to customer inquiries.
- Offering administrative support as necessary, including aiding the Warehouse team.
- Assisting with order picking and dispatching.
**Skills & experience**: Previous experience in data entry would be an advantage alongside:
- Past experience in customer service or internal sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking, with the ability to effectively handle conflicting priorities.
- The ability to cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Self-sufficiency and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies and procedures.
