Customer Service Administrator

Seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a privately owned and operated business in Hemmant. As a leading provider of workshop solutions in the mining and heavy vehicle industries, this newly created role will become part of a growing internal team and be provided with in-depth systems training.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and sales orders. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Director, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate processing of orders, effective communication with customers, and efficient resolution of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the designated customer enquiry system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, liaising with internal resources and suppliers as necessary.
- Manage after-sales service, including sending feedback communication to customers and handling merchandise orders.
- Maintain office systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations, including managing call ticketing systems and non-compliance registers.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Knowledge of sales order processes and practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn a technical product range.
