**The role**:
As our Specialised Banking Manager, Trade & Working Capital Account Manager, you will provide and proactively manage Trade & Working Capital finance solutions to support a trading business’s cash flow requirements, allowing Business customers to meet their growth aspirations. You are here for them. Create a presence and high level understanding and awareness of TWC within the organisation and the business marketplace. You will assist customer’s in managing their payment risk, delivery risk, and sanctions obligations.

**Your key accountabilities will include, but not limited to**
- Drive and deliver positive contribution to overall team engagement.
- Monitor T&WC facilities to ensure the customer’s needs are met ongoing and where the commitment limit is inappropriate, liaise with the relationship banker to review the limit in line with the customer’s cash flow requirements.
- Effectively manages the correlation between limits and utilisation rates, therefore ensuring the appropriate level of funding is available for the customer.
- Ensure customer experience is enhanced through relationship management (via planned visitation program), proactive calling and identifying opportunities to improve services and provide customer efficiencies.
- Build brand presence across the Business Centres ensuring a collaborative team approach.
- Review and assess the content of the field examination reports on the portfolio customers and identify any risk-related issues within SLA’s. Action plans to be proactively developed and managed to address the risk-related issues, and advise decision credit authority of the issues, decisions and/or recommendations.
- Active involvement in the recovery of outstanding TWC liabilities in conjunction with SBS/Relationship Managers, the Bank’s professional advisers and other appropriate stakeholders to ensure bad debts are minimised, and collect outs are optimised.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through conversations with clients and their advisers and review of information provided.

**What you will bring**:
As our new Specialised Banking Manager, you are an experienced Business Banking Manager / Agribusiness Banking Manager or Associate with working knowledge of Trade and Working Capital coupled with proven relationship management experience. Experienced in building and maintaining relationships with Business customers, engage with stakeholders and to work with complexity whilst balancing conflicting priorities will ensure your success. You have deep insights and experience in understanding the pain points and challenges business owners face and can translate business strategy into palatable execution to ensure successful delivery.
