As a Communications and Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our marketing and communications efforts. By leveraging your passion for research and data, you will identify trends, develop compelling content, and support our marketing and customer experience strategies. As a talented marketing and communications professional, you will thrive in this role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a diverse range of compelling content for both print and digital platforms.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Experience managers to execute marketing and communications activities effectively.
- Conducting in-depth market research and analyzing customer data to generate valuable insights for content creation.
- Assisting in the implementation of global marketing and communications campaigns.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate customer insight sessions, develop campaign content, and raise brand awareness.
**About You**
Like our best performers, you will be a confident and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a diverse and challenging environment. You will have 2+ years’ experience in marketing and communications, with a tertiary qualification in marketing, journalism, communications, or a relevant discipline.
