**About you**

As a Regional Manager, you will be working in a national not-for profit organisation. Based in our Perth office, Kimberley or Pilbara supporting, inspiring and leading a team.

Your ‘can-do’ attitude, passion for early childhood education and care, and commitment to quality will make you a perfect fit. If you inspire others, lead by example and foster creativity - we want to hear from you.

**You will have**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Director/Regional Manager
- Qualifications in social work, early childhood education, teaching, psychology, public health or other equivalent

- Current Working with Children Check Card
- Current Driver’s license
- Current National Police Clearance

**Selection criteria**
- Experience in managing a team of staff
- Experience delivering services to children and young people
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards
