**About Sunnyfield**

Sunnyfield is an industry-leading not-for-profit organisation with 1500 employees delivering over 2000 support services daily. For over 70 years, we have been supporting people with disability of all ages to be active, inclusive participants in their communities through innovative programs and person-centred active support plans.

About the role

You will be responsible for the effective and safe set up and maintenance of specific machinery in a TGA environment. You will also be training process workers and people we support in production operations to achieve customer requirements.

Full time role, located in Allambie Heights and working hours are Monday to Friday 3.30-11.30pm.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Setting, calibration and carrying out machine changeovers in line with TGA manufacturing instructions and SOP's.
- Undergoing complex troubleshooting and carrying out preventative maintenance where production issues arise.
- Compliance with the requirements of the HACCP and TGA quality systems

About you
- Previous experience in managing a varied mix of manufacturing equipment (e.g. Bottle-filling, Weigh-checker, Labeller, Induction Sealer, Heat-shrink, etc) preferably in the FMCG, Food or Pharmaceutical industry
- Sound understanding of GMP
- Analytical problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced manufacturing environment
