About the Role

Sunnyfield is seeking an experienced Mechanical Production Technician to join its team in Allambie Heights. As a key member of the TGA Primary operation, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining machinery, ensuring production operations meet customer requirements, and adhering to HACCP and TGA quality systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and calibrate machinery in line with TGA manufacturing instructions and SOPs
  • Perform complex troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to resolve production issues
  • Produce high-quality products with minimal cycle time and waste
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and TGA quality systems
About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong mechanical aptitude, technical and trade qualifications, and a minimum of 2 years relevant on-job experience. Previous experience in managing a varied mix of manufacturing equipment and working in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical sectors is highly desirable.
