We are now searching for Casual Customer Service Officers (CSOs) to be the face of our Mt Annan Leisure Centre Our CSOs are passionate about creating awesome experiences and building strong relationships within the community at our Centres.

**About the role**

Working a flexible roster across 7 days including mornings, day and evening shifts, CSO's act as the first point of contact for our customers.

You will ensure all enquiries, bookings and issues are managed accurately and support other departments when required. The role will give you the opportunity to build strong customer experiences and lasting relationships with our members and guests.

**Key aspects of the role including**:

- Providing a positive customer experience both in Centre and over the phone
- Provide customers with details regarding memberships information and have the knowledge to sell memberships when a person joins or renews
- Undertake cash handling and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote the Centres services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments
- Develop and maintain good working relations with customers
- Availability to work across various shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends

**Skills, Attributes and Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated, positive, friendly, and helpful with a passion for customer experience.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving.
- You will be working towards developing and maintaining good working relations with customers and guests.
- Current CPR certificate
- Current First Aid certificate
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Previous experience in administration/customer service role and leisure industry (desirable)

**Recreation**
