**About the Role**
Play a pivotal role in managing admissions, selection processes, and scholarship support for a diverse array of programs. This role not only involves delivering exceptional customer service to prospective students but also offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the streamlining of these critical processes and enhancing efficiency as recruitment targets grow. By fostering effective relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, the Admissions and Scholarships Officer contributes to creating a seamless experience for both students and staff.

This role will work within the Future Students team in the Faculty of Architecture, Business and Planning and the Faculty of Engineering and IT Divisional Group within the Student and Scholarly Services portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist in the development and monitoring of admissions plans, provide guidance on admissions processes, and support selection committees for courses and scholarships
- Collaborate with stakeholders, actively contribute to process enhancements, and stay updated with relevant developments, maintaining a positive work environment

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- A relevant degree and/or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Previous experience undertaking course and/or scholarship admissions
- Previous experience interpreting and providing advice in accordance with University and/or Division policies and procedures
