D4C is seeking an HSEQ Coordinator to join their expanding team to deliver excellence across the Southern Region.

What this role will entail?

The team is in a period of growth and has identified the need for support with administrative tasks which typically includes tasks such as:

- Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports, correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Use of software systems to obtain data for Health, Safety, Wellbeing, Environment and Quality statistics.
- Coordinate training activities for HSEQ staff.
- Prepare power point presentations and training material for HSEQ training.
- Organise and prepare meeting minutes for HSEQ team meetings.
- Regularly meeting with HSEQ Business Partners to obtain data for input into presentations, training and reporting material.
- Use of software systems to obtain data and collation of Health, Safety, Wellbeing, Environment and Quality statistics.
- Preparing monthly Safety Governance Reporting
- Obtaining and collating data for monthly environmental waste, energy and fuel reporting.
- Approving HSEQ sub contractor monthly reports and safety documentation in the HSEQ system.
- Collating and transferring information for HSEQ investigation reports and presentations
- Sending out weekly updates and reminders to the HSEQ team for reporting and statistics.
- Training new HSEQ starters in administration tasks.
- Oversee and coordinate SLT diary, including scheduling and calendar planning.
- Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices and purchase requisitions.
- Catering preparation for Team Meetings
- Provide accurate information and customer service to the client, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.
- Identify, modify, and improve work processes where necessary.
- Event planning and assistance.
- Requirements:

- 2+ years administration experience
- Recent work experience on construction projects desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills.
- White card

This position is a fast-paced position where you could be working to tight time frames so you must work comfortably and enjoy being busy.
