**JOB SUMMARY**:
**OVERVIEW OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Core **objectives** include**:

- Answering customer and non-customer queries e.g. products, stock, pricing, ETA's, etc.
- Requests for tracking, catalogues, and other marketing materials.
- Processing and releasing orders.
- Managing orders on credit hold.
- Communicate with all departments in our business as necessary (Sales office, warehouse, and embroidery).

The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least one year experience in a customer service or other customer facing role is desirable
- Positive mindset with strong customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- **Customer service focused**:committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face.
- **Communication**:the ability to communicate clearly and concisely**, **varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- **Attention to detail**: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- **Teamwork**: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- **Time management/organisation**: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
